RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Outcome

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Store credit can be used on any future STRKT release.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

We know that the right fit matters. Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.

How Exchanges Work

If your requested size is available, we'll dispatch your replacement once we've received and inspected your return.
If your requested size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the value of your purchase.
Store credit can be used on any future STRKT release.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for an exchange.
For Australian orders, STRKT covers the shipping cost of sending your replacement item.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to secure your item before it's available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you're reserving your piece from an upcoming production run before stock arrives.

Ordering Pre-Order & In-Stock Items Together

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once your pre-order item is ready.

If you'd like your in-stock item delivered sooner, please place them in a seperate order.

Production Timeline

Estimated production time is 2-9 weeks from the date your order is placed. Most orders are completed within approximately 2 weeks, however production times may vary depending on the product and manufacturing schedule.

Shipping

All STRKT orders are dispatched from QLD, Australia once they have been processed and are ready to ship.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping Aus: 3-8 business days (via Australia Post).
